Confirming its commitment to artistic research, the Alina Art Foundation presents the third edition of the annual exhibition project, Artists for Alina, conceived by artist Sanda Sudor, president of the Foundation. The event, scheduled for 2022, hosted at the historic Palazzo Barolo in Turin, home of the Opera Barolo institution, proposed an aesthetic reflection on the meaning of the term "consciousness." The exhibition of the same name, curated by Davide Silvioli, is equivalent to an interdisciplinary comparison between seven artists selected by the curator together with the foundation. On this basis, Conscience defines a reasoned collective, based on a circle of works by artists heterogeneous in terms of language and background but, in this case, aligned on the possibility of addressing the same theme, albeit through different alphabets. The exhibition, according to these emphases, developed from the identification of artists who, diverse in training and background, while respecting their singularities, had already traversed the category of consciousness in the course of their respective journeys. On these premises, Vesna Bursich, Diego de Vos, Florindo Rilli, Lise Sore, Roos van Geffen, Eugenie van Raaij, Pengpeng Wang have created new works or reconfigured previous works starting from the character of the exhibition space itself. Oscillating from painting to drawing and from photography to installation up to video, the exhibition indirectly provides the possibility of interfacing with a plurality of distinctive solutions of contemporary art and, thanks to such a refined diversity, Consciousness and its facets are declined in their maximum extension of meaning, to succeed in the intention of describing its current drifts. The exhibition has also integrated a collateral public program, with guided tours through music and poetry, therefore a new format of fruition: a Musical Visit consisting of short classical music recitals coordinated by maestro Massimiliano Genot and a Poetic Visit, a recitative performance by the actress Beatrice Bonino, who through the profound meanings of the poems and chosen texts have created a a new path to look at works through words and thoughts.

Confermando l’impegno a favore della ricerca artistica, la fondazione Alina Art Foundation presenta la terza edizione del progetto espositivo, con cadenza annuale, Artisti per Alina, ideato dall’artista Sanda Sudor presidente della Fondazione. L’evento in programma per il 2022, ospitato presso lo storico Palazzo Barolo di Torino, sede dell’ente Opera Barolo, ha proposto una riflessione estetica intorno al significato del termine “coscienza”. La mostra omonima, a cura di Davide Silvioli, equivale a un confronto interdisciplinare tra sette artisti selezionati dal curatore insieme alla fondazione.
Su questa base, Coscienza definisce una collettiva ragionata, impostata su una cerchia di opere di autori eterogenei per linguaggio e percorso ma, nella fattispecie, allineati sulla possibilità di affrontare una medesima tematica, seppur mediante alfabeti differenti. L’esposizione, secondo tali accenti, si è sviluppata a partire dall’individuazione di artisti che, diversificati per formazione ed estrazione, pur nel rispetto delle singolarità, avessero già attraversato la categoria della coscienza nello svolgimento dei rispettivi percorsi. Su queste premesse, Vesna Bursich, Diego de Vos, Florindo Rilli, Lise Sore, Roos van Geffen, Eugenie van Raaij, Pengpeng Wang hanno realizzato lavori inediti o riconfigurato opere precedenti a partire dal carattere dello stesso spazio espositivo.
Oscillando dalla pittura al disegno e dalla fotografia all’installazione fino al video, l’esposizione fornisce indirettamente la possibilità di interfacciarsi con una pluralità di soluzioni distintive della contemporaneità artistica e, grazie a tanta e ricercata diversità, la Coscienza e le sue sfaccettature sono declinate nella loro massima estensione di significato, per riuscire nell’intenzione di descriverne le derive odierne.
La mostra, inoltre, ha integrato un programma pubblico collaterale, con visite guidate attraverso la musica e la poesia, quindi un nuovo format di fruizione: una Visita musicale costituita da brevi recital di musica classica con il coordinamento del maestro Massimiliano Genot e una Visita poetica, performance recitativa dell’attrice Beatrice Bonino, che attraverso i significati profondi delle poesie e dei testi scelti hanno creato un percorso inedito per guardare le opere attraverso le parole e pensieri.
